I drove the car to Prestige Bodyworks and was provided with an immediate quote. The car was booked in a week later. This garage doesn’t look the most impressive but the work was truly outstanding. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I decided to wait a while before writing this review so that I could confirm I was still happy with the result. Bottom line, I remain delighted with the job. The result is top-notch and the price paid was very reasonable. I will certainly use Prestige Bodywork again if I am foolish enough to damage my beloved car again! read less

Apparently, this is not uncommon with BMW’s Chilli Red paint where the pigment in this colour after time (i.e. after the warranty ends) reacts with the lacquer. I had this appearing all over both bumpers and the bonnet. So I took it to Prestige, not only did they quote a fair price (I had already received 2 x quotes for double this amount) they did the most amazing job and the car looks like new again. A call out for Prestige Bodyworks – they did a superlative repair to tricky indent damage across two side panels of my car. Done exactly to their cost estimate; I cannot tell there has even been a repair; and it was completed ahead of schedule. Friendly and courteous too.

Absolutely cracking place- Fitted me in fast despite being pretty booked up, went the extra mile to provide a great service and did a great job on my car (which now looks as good as the day I bought her). All round nice guys that’ll take good care of you 👍

In September 2018 I rather foolishly reversed my car into a pillar in the work car park. My insurance company gave me the option to take the car where I wanted for the repair. Naturally, I thought, I’ll go down to my local SEAT dealership and ask them to repair it… As it happens SEAT in Chippenham seem to use Chippenham Accident Repair Centre for their fixes as they’re an approved VW Audi group repairer. Happy with this I took the car over and had it assessed and repaired by CARC. The car went back three times as I was unhappy with the repair. But as this is a review of Prestige Bodyworks I’ll leave that part of the story there… suffice to say the repair was awful. On the back of a couple of recommendations and at my wits end with CARC, I drove my car down to Prestige Bodyworks for Tim to check it over. He agreed that the back looked a bit wrong and the socket for the rear light cluster was a total mess… what could be hiding underneath! After taking the car apart and going back through insurance who agreed to let me have the repair corrected at PB I dropped the car off with Prestige who have done a sensational job. The car was fully stripped and NEW PANELS were ordered. (Something that didn’t happen at CARC) As the lads took more and more off the car they found more and more repair mess. The have seamlessly repaired my vehicle. It actually looks like new again and the quality of the repair over the previous effort from CARC is staggering. If you need bodywork repair on your vehicle in Chippenham then I highly recommend these guys. Friendly, honest and prompt work, and they’ll even lend you a decent loan car to get about in while yours is being repaired. Look no further, these guys are the boys! read less
